mtd9 EVA là một trong những công cụ phát triển kỹ năng ngoại ngữ do công ty Lạc Việt phát triển. Giao diện mtd9 EVA có các điểm khác với giao diện mtdEVA2002 như sau:
* Danh sách mục từ có thêm: Định nghĩa liên quan, Đồng nghĩa - Phản nghĩa, Từ có chứa mục từ đang tra.
* Trong phần menu chính, có thêm: Tìm nghĩa (Phân tích nghĩa từ, Dịch tự động). Bố trí menu hợp lý và dễ sử dụng hơn.

* Giới thiệu:
Lingoes là 1 từ điển hỗ trợ tới trên 80 ngôn ngữ (bao gồm cả tiếng Việt). Lingoes hỗ trợ chức năng dịch cả đoạn văn, dịch 1 từ được chọn, dịch 1 từ tại vị trí con trỏ và có hỗ trợ phát âm.
